I honestly believe that there is not one of us who doesn’t have some sort of mental issue. Especially in this age of anxiety, where everything moves too fast and people are afraid of the future. If you are an adult there is a perfect chance that your mind plays tricks on you, even if you don’t consider that a mental health issue. We are wired for struggle, from the times of our ancestors trying to survive, so our minds are always trying to protect us, even if there is no longer a tangible threat in front of us.
